I woke up at 6:00 this morning and sat on the terrace outside my room. The air was warm and humid, but far cooler than during the heat of the day. The birds were chirping and letting everyone know that it was time to begin anew...except for the farmers who had already been hard at work for a couple of hours.
A local dancing school, a silk farm, shopping at the central market, and a sunset boat ride on the moat surrounding Angkor Thom...it was a lovely day with new friends.
